Vaginal vault suspension at time of abdominal hysterectomy using Mackenrodt and uterosacral ligaments.
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria: * women undergoing hysterectomy * Stage 1 or more pelvic organ prolapse Exclusion Criteria: * pregnacy or 6 months postpartum * previous suspension surgery
