Inclusion Criteria: * Above 12 years of age and referred to the Hematology Division at Montefiore-Einstein * Under the care of a Montefiore-Einstein hematologist for a hematologic disorder Exclusion Criteria: \- Do not meet the Inclusion Criteria listed above
