Brief Summary
to evaluate the efficacy of virtual reality combined with plyometric workout on abdominal obesity in adolescent females
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria: * Body mass index more than or equal to 30 Kg/cm2 * waist circumference more than 80 cm * medical history of polycystic ovarian syndrome * Age from 13 to 18 years Exclusion Criteria: * uncontrolled hypertension * Rheumatoid arthritis * Any respiratory diseases like Asthma and respiratory infections * Osteoprosis
