Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria: * Patients diagnosed with primary acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction (PANDO) Exclusion Criteria: * Patients who are pregnant, with previous lacrimal procedure, upper lacrimal drainage obstruction, punctal stenosis, active dacryocystitis, dacryolithiasis, traumatic obstruction or lacrimal mass
