Brief Summary

To evaluate the clinical utility of quantitative electrocardiography (Quantitative ECG, QCG) by analyzing its associations with clinical characteristics and laboratory findings in patients hospitalized with acute heart failure.

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria: * Adults aged 19 years or older who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology for acute heart failure * NT-proBNP ≥300 pg/mL * Patients who underwent electrocardiography at least once Exclusion Criteria: * History of congenital heart disease * Patients with a dominant electronic pacemaker rhythm * Patients with a heart rate \>140 beats per minute or electrocardiograms with excessive noise
